Pastor of Adult Discipleship
Bethlehem is a vibrant congregation whose vision is that we are a “family of God journeying together in faith touching lives by welcoming, worshiping, teaching, and serving.” As one of the pastoral team, the Pastor of Adult Discipleship will be a strong team-player sharing in general pastoral duties as together the pastors “equip the saints for the work of ministry.” The Pastor of Adult Discipleship will be the point pastor for adult small groups and classes, and for the welcoming and serving areas of our mission. The welcoming ministries include working with newcomers to the community as well as prospective and new members. The serving ministries include leading the people in finding meaningful service within and beyond Bethlehem, including serving one another through pastoral care.

- Lead Pastor and Pastor of Cross+Generational Ministries
- Along with the other pastors, she/he will serve on the Executive Leadership Team, and the Joint Commission.
- Director of Welcoming and Serving Ministries, and Pastoral Care Ministers
- Welcome Ministry Team, and
- Serving Ministry Team

Wednesday School Assistant
Bethlehem Lutheran Church is seeking a Wednesday School Assistant for the teaching ministry program. This part time hourly position is a professional position requiring exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail and an appreciation for working with young children ages 3 through 5th grade. Opportunity Opening in the Nursery
Applications are being taken for an individual at least 18 years of age who likes working with four year olds and younger! This is a paid position during the Wednesday evening worship and late service on Sunday mornings. Please pray about it. We know how important consistency is for our young, so we are looking for someone that is able to commit to this time slot weekly.
