Join Jolene Malsam in one of the most restful and easiest yoga practices to maintain. As you find yourself in a comfortable resting position, you'll systematically relax each part of the body leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that many people crave. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the
