Experience one of the most accessible yoga practices of all with Jolene Malsam. You will be invited to breathe, move and feel the benefits of mobility, flexibility, strength and relaxation in a yoga class where positions are adjusted using a chair for support. By using a chair instead of a mat, you'll experience the numerous benefits of gentle yoga, but in ways that make this style available and enjoyable for people with a wide range of physical abilities.
